Glenda Winburn and Laurie Coton define the word “team”. These two Real Estate professionals now work together at Boulevard Realty, a top grossing Real Estate firm in the Houston Metro area. Glenda Winburn - Glenda Winburn has worked and lived inside the loop for over 16 years. Clients are assured of receiving top value from Glenda's "Can Do" attitude and 9 years of Real Estate experience- Market trends may change, but Glenda's clients may rely upon her outstanding service and a great attitude throughout.
With a BBA in Marketing from Texas A&M and extensive experience in the mortgage banking and title industries, Glenda is always ready to help her clients have a successful home buying experience. From the moment you decide to buy a home to the day you receive your keys, Glenda will make the process smooth and enjoyable.
When Glenda is not working with clients, she spends her free time with her husband of 16 years, Mark and their two children, Christa and MacKay. She also volunteers at Second Baptist School, First Baptist Academy and her church, Memorial Drive Presbyterian.

Laurie Coton - Laurie Coton is a native Texan and third generation Houstonian who has worked and lived in the Inner Loop for over 20 years. Laurie's clients benefit from 8 years of Real Estate experience, as well as from her 14 years of residential Interior Design practice. Laurie's attention to detail and extraordinary attitude ensures that her clients receive outstanding levels of service.
Laurie holds a BBA in Marketing from the University of Texas and a degree in Interior Design from the Art Institute. As a seasoned Interior Designer, she has a full understanding of residential remodelingand repairs- Her training and experience allow Laurie to offer her clients a unique perspective into the process of finding a house and making it a home.
When Laurie is not helping her clients, she is active in the community, performing volunteer work for several organizations: St. John's School, where she's a member of the Parent Guild and currently heads up 9th grade community service, AFS foreign student exchange program, where she helps coordinate student support, and Zoo Friends philanthropy, where she is a member of the board of directors. Laurie is also an officer of Wellspring Resources and is a member of the American Society of Interior Designers.
